- 8 chicken drumsticks, skin on (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil, (or olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425F (218C). Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Add chicken drumsticks to a large ziploc bag. Pour oil over top, and add all of the seasoning - garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Seal the ziploc bag.
Using your hands, mix the contents of the bag well. Make sure all of the chicken is coated with the seasonings.
Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake drumsticks uncovered until internal temperatures reaches 165F, about 40-45 minutes. Enjoy immediately!
