Ingredients
 

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, (or oil sprayer)
  • 1 pound uncooked sausages
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. One skillet is hot, add olive oil.

  • Add sausages and cook until brown, turning often so all sides are cooked evenly. Removed sausages from the skillet and slice into 1/2" wide pieces.

  • Return sliced sausages to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove sausages from the skillet and set aside.

  • Melt the butter in the skillet and add garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  • Add the cabbage, paprika, and onion powder. Toss well to combine. Cook until cabbage is to your desired tenderness, 5-10 minutes, stirring often.

  • Return the sausages to the skillet and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
