Ingredients
6stripsbacon, chopped into small pieces
4clovesgarlic, minced
6cupsbroccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
1cupheavy cream
½cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
¼cupParmesan cheese, grated
salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until fully cooked and crisp. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Do not discard the bacon grease.
Cook the garlic until fragrant and lightly browned, about 30 seconds.
Add the chopped broccoli, saute for a few minutes until the broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender.
Add the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the cheese sauce has thickened and the broccoli is fully cooked.
