  • Preheat your oven to 375F/190C.

  • Peel, core, and chop the apples into small chunks and place directly into a 9”x13” baking dish. Sprinkle with sweetener, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the apples and toss well. *If preferred, you can mix the apples in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a small bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, and sweetener. Mix in butter until the topping mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over apples.

  • Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden.

  • Cool 10 minutes before serving with whipped cream if desired.
