Ingredients
 

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1-1.5” thick
  • cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F/177C.

  • On a plate, mix the parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, almond flour, salt, and black pepper.

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg.

  • Dip both sides of the pork chops in the egg, then press into the parmesan mixture until well coated (both sides).

  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, sear each side of the pork chops for 1-2 minutes, until golden.

  • Transfer the skillet to the oven, and bake for 12-20 minutes. Total bake time will depend on the thickness of your pork chops. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 145F/63C. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
