Ingredients
Shrimp
1poundlarge raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoonground cumin
½teaspoon salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Cabbage Slaw
8ouncesbacon, chopped
3cupsgreen cabbage, shredded
salt and black pepper, to taste
Cilantro Lime Sauce
½cup sour cream
¼cupolive oil
½cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
¼cupwater
3clovesgarlic
½teaspoonsalt
2limes, juiced
Assembly & Garnish

avocado, sliced
fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, fry the chopped bacon until fully cooked. Remove cooked bacon onto a paper towel lined plate.
In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper, until well coated.
In the same skillet used to cook the bacon, cook the shrimp on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Add all of the ingredients for the cilantro lime sauce to a blender, and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, add the cabbage, bacon, and half of the cilantro lime sauce (reserve the remainder of the sauce for garnish). Salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the tacos by adding the cabbage slaw, topped with sliced avocado, several pieces of shrimp, cilantro lime sauce, and garnish with chopped cilantro leaves. Enjoy!
