- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds steak of choice, chopped into bite-size pieces
- salt and black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large zucchini, diced into bite-size pieces
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper. Cook until steak is seared on all sides, stirring occasionally.
Add the butter and garlic, cook for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the zucchini to the skillet, and stir until well combined. Cook another 5-6 minutes until zucchini is fork tender, or cooked to preference. Enjoy!
