  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon monk fruit (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  • If your bacon is not already cooked, chop into small pieces and fry in a skillet. Once cooked, remove it to a paper towel-lined plate.
